When I received Philip's letter in the mail I decided to give him a call. He didn't try to sell me, and he only offered what might happen with or without a lawyer. We agreed on his fee, which was very reasonable, and he was prompt to the courthouse. We had the case delayed because of the inexperie...nce of the DA attorney, so the case was delayed.
