Kat, is such a wonderful lawyer. She not only cares about your case and what you are hoping to achieve, she cares about you as a person and how to help you completely. I have no idea how I would of gotten through my divorce if not for her expertise help. Through my tears and struggles, she was ther...e to help map out my future and keep my immediate concerns at hand and my best interests always up front. Even when I felt the fight coming out of me, she stood up and fought for me and made me stronger. She always kept me in the loop on all communication, always addressed all my concerns right away, and always made sure I felt comfortable with all my decisions. My husband has been a father to my daughter basically since the day that they met when she was two years old. It just came naturally. If you didn’t already know our story, you wouldn’t think otherwise. When we got married, WE (my daughter, my husband and I) got married. When I had my other children, ...they were always OURS. Ms. Allen was patient and pracgmatic about solving many issues in my high conflict divorce. She took a situation that had me initially in a potentially bad outcome, and got me a fair deal. The high conflict issues were both in the parenting and financial terms of the divorce and she was able to hand...le my high level of emotions and get a fair result. The parenting issues were contentious and she helped create a solution to get me out of the hole my prior counsel had put me in. I ended up with just under 50% of parenting time, guideline support and fair division of assets. The financial details were complicated and it went more smoothly with me providing detailed supporting documentation and calculations. Being organized and able to bring the financial information and calculations to her clearly so she can best represent them definitely helped my cause. While she is an awesome advocate, clients have to be prepared to provide support for their financial calculations. If you aren't prepared to support yourself on this front you probably need a consultant or a more expensive firm. Overall I'm very happy with Kat's representation and David Del Re's supporting guidance on my case.
