Ms. Allen was patient and pracgmatic about solving many issues in my high conflict divorce. She took a situation that had me initially in a potentially bad outcome, and got me a fair deal. The high conflict issues were both in the parenting and financial terms of the divorce and she was able to hand...le my high level of emotions and get a fair result. The parenting issues were contentious and she helped create a solution to get me out of the hole my prior counsel had put me in. I ended up with just under 50% of parenting time, guideline support and fair division of assets. The financial details were complicated and it went more smoothly with me providing detailed supporting documentation and calculations. Being organized and able to bring the financial information and calculations to her clearly so she can best represent them definitely helped my cause. While she is an awesome advocate, clients have to be prepared to provide support for their financial calculations. If you aren't prepared to support yourself on this front you probably need a consultant or a more expensive firm. Overall I'm very happy with Kat's representation and David Del Re's supporting guidance on my case.
