I made 2 payments of what I could pay they sent it to collections. Can they do that? I never agreed to an amount.

Creditors do not have to take accounts out of collections, if in fact the account is in collections. You may want to discuss this issue directly...

They are suppose to hire you as a professional. You should contact the debtor's attorney before you do anything.

I agree with Attorney Larkin, follow her advise. It is horrible they scare people like this, no one goes to jail for not paying their payday loan.

Does an Ohio FI need to garnish monies in FL branches as a result of a CO tax judgment? Or do they need to get an OH judgement?

But the judgment is not past enforcement. You need to contact a bankruptcy attorney to help you with this matter before your wages are garnished...
