I have over ten years of experience providing the highest quality of legal services to individuals, families and employers in need of immigration assistance. As the Vice President of Immigration Law Associates PC, I rely on the depth of my experience and dedication to the immigrant community, to ensure that the firm competently represents the interests of its clients, with professionalism and skill necessary to achieve their immigration goals.

I concentrate my practice on family and employment-based sponsorship, as well as complex citizenship matters. My practice focuses on all aspects usual and customary to the acquisition of work visas and permanent residence status for scientists, scholars, engineers, investors, religious workers, business professionals and other workers. Additionally, my firm provides requisite I-9 and H-1B compliance training including internal audits for employers.

A native Polish speaker and an immigrant myself, I enjoy assisting the many immigrant communities throughout the United States to realize their dreams of living and working in this country.  I am a weekly guest on Chicago’s Polish radio (Polski FM 92.7) and a frequent presenter at various immigration-related seminars at educational institutions, churches and professional and community organizations.
