Allen of Skokie is PASSIONATE, energetic, knows his stuff and if any concern comes up that is something he is even the slightest bit not sure about, he will look into it FIRST before giving you an answer. He is meticulous in his attention to detail. Answers his own phone, doesn't sign things off to an assistant. He literally is a phone call away and I believe our first long discussion was hours long on a Sunday.
