We've had ongoing issues with our 2015 return (it's November 2018 as I write this). It got to the point where the IRS was sending rather ominous-sounding letters. We consulted our accountant and as far as we were all concerned we did everything by the book. Despite going through the appeals process o...n our own we were unable to satisfy whatever requirement the IRS was looking for to absolve our debt. I called Michael late on a Friday and he was on the case immediately. He reassured me that nothing horrible would happen over the weekend and that he'd get on it first thing Monday morning. Sure enough he had discovered the problem, filed the paperwork, and was pretty certain this would take care of the 5-digit balance we "owed" the IRS.
