I am currently practicing in the areas of contract law, condominium law, construction litigation, surrogacy law, estate planning and bankruptcy.

I am passionate about representing businesses and individuals as debtors in reorganizations, bankruptcy and debt restructuring.  

I also represent creditors protecting their rights when navigating the bankruptcy system. I also have substantial experience in representing lenders in lien disputes and commercial collection, as well as contractors and homeowners in construction and mechanic's lien litigation.  I also represent condominium and homeowners’ associations with litigation, collection, negotiations with vendors and resolving disputes with utilities and municipalities.
