John N. Skoubis

John N. Skoubis is a Partner at Skoubis Alikakos LLC, and concentrates his practice primarily in two complementary areas of law: (i) real estate sales/acquisitions, financing, development and leasing; and (ii) business organization, development, manage­ment, ac­qui­si­tions and sales.

John’s background in finance, coupled with his intimate involvement as a co-founder of businesses in the banking, real estate development, technology and restaurant industries gives him the unique insight and experience to advise and provide practical solutions to entrepreneurs in a wide array of trans­actions and business settings. John strives to help corporate leaders think creatively to address the challenges that confront their businesses in their daily operations and strategic transactions. In every transaction, John offers practical, responsive guidance that allows his clients to understand and manage risk while achieving their business goals.

For more than 35 years, John has served as an advisor to many privately held companies, entrepreneurs and investors involved in all types of complex transactions. He guides clients through the myriad of issues of purchasing and selling a business, including organization of the appropriate entity, due diligence reviews for sellers and buyers, efficient sales and acquisition structures, and interacting with various banking, finance and accounting professionals.
