I had an appointment with Mr Goyal as i needed some guidance with respect to my immigration case. We agreed on $100 for half an hour worth of consultation. Upon reaching his office, i had to wait for at least half an hour after which he called me in his office. We acknowledged the time we started our... meeting and i was surprised as he constantly answered and made calls from his landline phone during our meeting. One of the conversation was so lengthy that we were past our half an hour mark and completed the meeting in 1 hour 15 minutes. I didn't receive any information that i didn't know of and in fact asked me to pay $200 for 1 hour. When i said that more than half of the time you were on the phone he said it was not more than 5 minutes and that's why he's charging only for 1 hour and not for 1 hour 15 minutes. I did pay him for 1 hour.

I took some some time to discuss a complex matter with Parveen. His 1 hr rate was 150$. During that time, he took 5 phone calls, and did not address my matter attentively. He made several rude comments about his customers and business associates that made me just end the meeting after just 20 minute...s. I cannot believe this attorney is allowed to practice law. I do not recommend.

Mr Praveen Goyal is very knowledgeable and experienced immigration Attorney. He helped me in complex immigration case and provided right advice. He is very detail oriented and reviews forms and documents thoroughly. Fees are very reasonable considering the amount of time he spent on my case. He was ...available to answer our questions beyond office hours and even on weekends when we needed immediate consultation.
