Ms Schneider handled my divorce 8 years ago. I met with her associate at the initial meeting and hired her firm based mainly on how he presented himself. Ms Schneider was disorganized in the extreme and always spent the first 15 to 30 minutes of a planned meeting digging through files to find mine. O...f course, I was charged for this time. At one of these meetings she took a phone call from another client and spoke for perhaps 50 minutes while I sat in her office and waited. I was charged for this time as well. During endless meetings Ms Schneider seemed obsessed with the fact that my ex-husband must have money hidden somewhere. Despite my assurances that I was fully aware of all of my ex-husbands finances, she hired a private investigator and charged me for his time. All of the lawyers I interviewed including Ms Schneider's associate assured me that the fact that my marriage had lasted 28 years I would definitely receive some sort of alimony. Ms. Schneider allowed the final decree to be written in such a manner that not only am I not entitled to alimony but I can't go back to court to try. to rectify the situation. People should be able to trust that certain professionals, like doctors, police officers and lawyers to name a few, know what they are doing, for one thing, and are doing their best for their clients at all times. Unfortunately, Ms Schneider is not among them.

Mrs. Schnieder in my opinion is very unorganized and made many errors during the case. She has unethical practices. Dragged the case on and on. I hired her because she seemed very knowledgeable during my interview. I do believe she has the knowledge but uses manipulation tools to extend the case long...er than necessary. She told lies straight to me, the client, then got very angry when I discussed them with her and proved my point. Her "staff" is lacking true experience in the law field. She was very unprepared for trial and even had been repremanded by the judge. Her billing was very inaccurate and often charged for meeting that never occured or time "working" on the case. I went elsewhere and got the case close very quick. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIRING THIS ATTORNEY.
