John Charles Vojta

My experience with John was very positive. He is a compassionate person and a lawyer that knows the law and will defend your position. The bottom line is that dealing with lawyers is a painful process, so it is true that John along with all lawyers struggle with getting back to clients in a period ...that most would consider normal. But when I compare John's attentiveness to clients versus opposing councils actions John is well above the norm. I would certainly recommend John.

I'm actually surprised at the negative reviews shown here. My experience with John and his staff was wonderful. John was not only helpful and prepared for court on my case (luckily I only had a few court dates to wrap up my divorce case), but also he had compassion for me and my children during a d...ifficult time. I recommend John for a family law lawyer.

I hired him to do my child support case, He stated it would be easy and he charged $1000.00 retainer. a couple of months later, he tells me the case is more complicated and hes going to need another $2000.00, He doesn't return phone calls. I called him for over a month and he wouldn't return my calls.... I asked his secretary, if he was still my lawyer or if i should get someone else to represent me ? After not returning my call for over a month, I get a letter saying he needs another $2000.00 retainer, then he called me saying he can file against my ex-wife to make her pay my legal fees. At this point, I had enough of his BS and I hired another attorney, who got the case resolved
