I hired Heather to represent me as my credit card provider submitted court filings to freeze my back account after I failed to submit payment in agreement with my original payment terms. Heather was very quick to respond and negotiate with my credit card provider to not only withdraw the court fili...ngs but also reduce my disputed debt by several thousand (i.e., removal of late fees and interest) and stopped interest from accruing on my outstanding balance. Heather was very effective at communicating the status of my case as well as obtaining the necessary paperwork once I paid my settlement in full.
