Heather Benveniste is the lawyer you want to represent you! I searched for an attorney to help me with my credit card lawsuit. I am taking the time to write and post this review to say "thank you" in appreciation for the results my wife and I got from The Benveniste Law Office. Getting into financial hardship and accruing too much credit card debt was a scenario I never thought would happen to us. We were very leery of lawye...rs but our experience working with them was the best thing we ever did. They substantially reduced the amount of our debt to a reasonable and workable amount....and in addition were able to knock out the unfair and outrageous interest charges that had accrued. We worked primarily with Heather Benveniste and found her to be very experienced, professional and energetic. She addressed all of our concerns in a timely fashion. I could not have found a better lawyer than Ms. Benvensiste. I was summons to court because I was sued by 2 credit companies and she not only helped me settle my account, the best was I did not even have to go to court because she settled everything out of court. Heather Benveniste works very quick... in responding and gets the job done. I was in a panic because my court date was on a Monday and I called Heather on Saturday 2 days before I was suppose to attend and she worked on my case so fast I was never relieved of stress in all my life.
