This includes conducting due diligence, preparing the zoning application and advocating for client's zoning changes at the administrative, quasi-judicial or legislative hearing, and working through the process with zoning officials, design professionals, and the community. I also represent clients on zoning administrative appeals and assist with code violation matters.
