Joey Beth Waldman

I am in the process of buying a home and the seller is using Ms. Waldman as their lawyer. For the past two weeks, My lawyer (the buyers lawyer) has repeatedly, reached out to Ms. Waldman to secure a closing date. The sellers had requested an August 31st closing date and I was ready to move on the 3...1st. The 31st came and went and Ms. Waldman would not return any of my lawyers messages. My lawyer informed me today that Ms. Waldman has not returned several emails and phone messages this week and my lawyer resorted to reaching out to the listing agent to try and get some resolution. Whether she's acting on the sellers behalf or not is not the issue. The issue is her approach is to simply ignore messages asking for information. Do yourself a favor and avoid her and the agency she works for. My realtor has already committed to never working her or her agency again
