We hired this lawyer, and he agreed to subpoena the bank to obtain CCTV footage, which was key evidence to show that we were not at fault in a crash. Unfortunately, the information provided to the bank regarding the time of the accident was incomplete/ incorrect which was key , the necessary evidence... was not obtained to support the case with the insurance. Because this matter was not handled in a timely and correct manner, we were unable to pursue a further subpoena before the case was closed. I was very disappointed with how this was handled and would not hire this lawyer again.
