Mi caso era 100% compensable y nunca puso atención a mi caso cada vez que iba a su officina con cita nunca sabía de que estábamos hablando ,mi caso se arruinó , quede muy mal de mi espalda y solo al final de 4 años me dijo que no avía nada que haser y perdí el caso porque ya nadie pudo haser nada por... tan mal que llevo mi caso ,muy mal abogado la verdad

I was rear-ended at a traffic light by a over-tired woman on her cell phone, She even told me this fact when we got out of our cars. This accident caused me problems that are still causing me enormous pain over 20 years later. I am now disabled. Mr. Pino told me when it was too late to fire him, that... he did not believe that Fibromyalgia was real. Because he is not a doctor, and has zero knowledge of my primary illness caused by this woman. I had a 3 year Migraine from this accident as my head hit my steering wheel. Mr. Pino is a horrible Attorney. He is more than Incompetent. Please find someone else that is not an Ambulance Chaser like this guy. I think he got his Degree in a Cracker Jack Box. Seriously! I would give him zero stars if it was possible.

He said he could get me compensation for pain and suffering for a work related injury and negotiate my hospital bills. After I signed the contract he stopped returning my calls and did no work on my case. I went in to collections for my medical bills and found out through a second opinion my case did...n't meet the legal requirements for pain and suffering. When I tried to fire Mr Pino he submitted all the hospital bills I had given him 5 months ago and said he was intitled to his fee and put a lien on my case so in order to get my hospital bills paid he gets his money. I am going to end up in debt for this lawyer doing nothing.
