Parenting Agreement
I'm a father. I used Schiller, Ducanto, & Fleck for my divorce ---- and used Eric Schulman. Nice enough guy, but I felt he was more interested in my money than in my success. A few years after my divorce, I went back to petition for more time w my son. I used Kristie Fingerhut for that process....

Worked with better attorneys
Ms. Fingerhut was late to a deposition that she scheduled and to court. The direction she told me the case was going took a drastic turn. I paid a lot of money to lose a lot of money to the Judge's decision. I do not feel Ms, Fingerhut was prepared or focused on my case.

Condescending big mouth
This woman will lie in court to get what she wants; I witnessed this many times. She's highly aggressive and fake. Unprepared for court, resulting in many continuances (which, of course, makes her more money). I honestly can't stand her.
