Jessica Wiener and her law firm handled this difficult child custody case every step of the way, with both professionalism and compassion. Without the excellent advisement and knowledge of Ms. Wiener, I know that I would not have had the successful outcome that I did. When my son was born my world ...changed forever! My son means absolutely everything to me, and the thought that I could have lost him over false accusations would have left me heartbroken and devastated. Jessica was recommended to me when my wife filed for divorce and threatened to take full custody of my son. From our first meeting, she was able to describe the process and prepare me for the obstacles which were going to be thrown our way. My name is Adam Blair. I’m a single father and professional musician. I’ve toured the world,written national commercial spots,had songs in Billboard Charts ,opened for The President and I would/did trade every bit of that in to be with my son. She had an amazing charm to her that could be felt tables away. A few days later she walked into court and with in seconds owned the room. I felt like I was at concert ! She instantly connected with the judge and child rep. She followed it with quips and jibes. Then ended it with sincerity and endearing banter. I thought to myself “WHAT A SHOW!!” I KNEW in those moments I made the right choice for my son and I . Through the hardest period of my Jessica gave me assurance. Through heartbreak Jessica gave me hope. Through utter pain Jessica gave me knowledge to make tomorrow better . But best of all Jessica gave me my son back! Please take a moment to fully digest that statement because every day for the rest of my life I have to and then I have to know who made that happen. That warm feeling I get in my chest when I see my son smile is because of the efforts and passion of Jessica!
