Michelle Geralyn Wiejaczka

I hired Michelle and she was my first attorney for my divorce. At first everything seemed fine. But she got irritated by my sister giving me advice (she is an ADA attorney in another state) especially if she corrected things that were not right on the parent plan or if the motions were wrong. Then my... ex hired a big law firm and Michelle kept telling me maybe I should find a new attorney. One time at court she threw down my case file because she was frustrated at me because I asked her why nothing was being accomplished. I set up payments with her and I never missed one payment and I actually paid more then the agreement many times even though her billing seemed really high and I believe she over charged me. I hired a new attorney and it was the best thing I ever did. I would recommend looking for a different attorney

I have never dealt with an attorney that was SO focused on money and had no inkling of humanity. She filed things without approval from me to rack up charges. Michelle charges outrageously for EVERY text, email and phone conversation. Michelle's invoices are camouflaged - even her assistant agreed wi...th me and that has been a general complaint from all clients. A retainer is supposed to be used at end of case if bills are not paid - she would not return my retainer and I overpaid! She pads her invoices with reviews and re- reviews and charges you each time - DOUBLE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A LACK OF INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT FOR HUMANITY. Michelle made an awful situation for me into a horrific nightmare. No recommendation here!
