Excellent
I was referred to john on the purchase of my 1st condo in 1988 and have used him for every real estate transaction since. He has been an excellent, professional and knowledgeable resource. I have never had an issue, only positive interactions with john and his office.

Horrible communication - only positive review is one of his referral sources
You'll never get any documents that you request. Their due diligence is lacking. Requested copies of documents and still don't have them - Attorney is avoiding us and uses his paralegal Kathy as a shield. Also - Kathy uses the attorney's email address so you think you are talking with the Attorney wh...

disappointing performance
did a closing for home sale, and they didn't seem to pay attention to progress of the contract. ordered a survey and didn't realize it had been 3 weeks and still no survey. did not communicate in a timely fashion with client. never felt like the office was 'working' for us, just letting things ...
