This was my worse nightmare having this attorney. I paid for a service that was not performed. I have every email that I sent him or his secretary and every reply when they replied. I am going to do my best to insure I get his license revoke. I had to conduct some of the investigations myself. I had ...to contact the Sheriff's office to determine if the papers had been served and found out they never received any papers to serve. I called Loventhal back and told him it was never recieved to be served and time had expired for service from the time it was filed. I requested on many occasions to get all the papers and letters he has filed or sent and he never did. As for as I am concerened, he cannot prove he did anything and now he does a zoom hearing for my court case. He told me I did not have to be in the zoom meeting and this has been just a disaster. Now he wants to refile. If I re-file it will not be with him.

I retained Mr. Loventhal in December 2021 to help with a case where 130grand was improperly invested without my consent. I sent $1500 retainer fee and never received documents showing how the case was worked. Only word of mouth. He then asked me for another $1500 which I would not send without docume...ntation. Now I can not send him emails nor my text or phone calls are not being responded to.
