Nefertiti M. France, Esq, is experienced in all aspects of divorce, family law, estate planning and mediation. Although many may use the court system as a battle ground, causing more harm to the parties, it is her goal to assist her clients in obtaining a peaceful and satisfactory resolution of their cases to begin their fresh start.

Unfortunately, sometimes cases cannot be settled out of court and a trial is necessary. Only a small percentage of cases are litigated due to the parties inability to come to an agreement. If this occurs, Nefertiti has the experience and knowledge to be a fierce advocate for her clients.
