We used Lauren Alexander for our real estate transaction. She was EXCELLENT. We had a nightmare lender and she and her team were absolute champs. They spent HOURS dealing with our incompetent lender. Her communication is excellent, she was happy to answer all questions and she has great staff. You wi...ll not find a better real estate attorney - hands down. She is the best!

Lauren Alexander is quite simply, amazing. I was referred to her to deal with all the legalities and extraordinary hassles and requirements of a short-sale. Although the process was long and frustrating- due exclusively to the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the lender- I can say without hesita...tion that Lauren was the one professional bright spot in the whole process. She was constantly diligent and responsive to whatever was needed. She knew exactly what was required, by whom and when, and she communicated all of this clearly and succinctly. I am absolutely certain that this short-sale would not have closed without her.

As first time homebuyers, we literally had no idea about anything we were doing. Lauren was recommended to us by a friend of mine and I do have to say Lauren put everything at ease throughout the process. First of all, one thing I really did enjoy was the communication. Throughout our application pro...cess, we had very limited access to our phones because of work schedules. This was no problem with her and was able to communicate through email a lot to accommodate us. Lauren helped review and guide us on what to do with all documents from the lender and sellers. After our home inspection, her agreement that was wrote up was in a VERY timely manner. We had a follow up home inspection two business days before our closing, this is when we hit a rough patch! The sellers didn't quite do anything that was agreed upon in the initial right up. Lauren stepped in big time and was able to get EVERYTHING and more taken care of the day before closing. When it came to closing time, I was super surprised and it wasn't what I expected at all. Throughout my whole life/career I constantly hear how people say closing is super stressful and is overwhelming. This wasn't the case at all, of course it was a lot of documentation but every piece was explained and she made it very easy to understand. She made the closing fun and comfortable and not strictly business. Overall it was an amazing experience and we were very fortunate to have her recommended to us!

Lauren Alexander is beyond the best attorney that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Don't even bother attempting to work with Lauren Alexander. Your business will literally be a bother to her. We were in the process of buying a home and needed an attorney to review the contract and assist us with the inspection review. We called her office to try and see if she was available to assi...st us, and from the start things were off to a terrible start. First her secretary answers the phone with no greeting just an annoyed hello. Then when we ask to speak with Lauren we're told that she's on the phone, no offer to place us on hold or see if there is a time that she could call us back. Eventually after asking if it would be possible to speak to her at another time her secretary finally says let me see if she can speak. She was available but upon speaking with Lauren it was clear she was no better than her secretary. She was extremely rude and short with us. Eventually she had us just send her the contract and inspection report and said that we would receive a response letting us know the documents were received. We sent off two different emails with the documents, received a reply for one, but not the other, and upon following up to ensure the second document was received we were sent a reply that said "yes." nothing more. Knowing that our contract required a notice to the seller of inspection results in a very short time period we expected to hear something from Lauren within a few days, instead we heard nothing. Feeling like we were more of a bother to Lauren than a client we decided to go with a different attorney. In summary don't bother being a bother to Lauren she won't care apparently.
