Lauren Alexander is quite simply, amazing. I was referred to her to deal with all the legalities and extraordinary hassles and requirements of a short-sale. Although the process was long and frustrating- due exclusively to the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the lender- I can say without hesita...tion that Lauren was the one professional bright spot in the whole process. She was constantly diligent and responsive to whatever was needed. She knew exactly what was required, by whom and when, and she communicated all of this clearly and succinctly.
