John Klytta along with his brother, Anthony and Frank Pons have formed an entity, KKP Investments, LLC. They claim to provide commercial loans with favorable rates and terms. Term sheets and loan documents are provided that appear legitimate. However, once the underwriting fee and escrow deposit moni...es are sent to them, issues arise. These gentlemen make promises on providing funding but never deliver. They will provide more excuses than one can imagine as to why they cannot fund the loan. In short, they fail to perform. And good luck in trying to get your money back. Do yourself a favor and research these people. Their past behaviors are still being carried on to this day. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business at all costs with this group. If you choose to engage with them, be prepared to lose any money collected by them, be prepared for a myriad of excuses and be prepared for a complete waste of your time and money.

My father and I hired John Robert Klytta to represent us in the sale of a commercial property co- owned by several members of our extended family. Mr. Klytta refused to return the funds that we had entrusted to him through a 1031 to facilitate the subsequent purchase of a replacement property.
