Defended Second Mortgage Claim

Scott Oh did a great job in defending me from a claim of a defaulted second mortgage on my property. Scott is known for thinking out of the box and not always just looking to settle, like some other attorneys. When it became clear we were going to prevail in court, they dropped their suit.

Amazing Attorney

My Grandmothers house was in foreclosure when I inherited it from her. The was was in our family for over 50 years. I went to several attorneys looking for someone to help me save it. Mr. Oh was amazing. His knowledge and expertise was incredible. It was very complicated mater dealing with Estat...e issues and the property not being in my name. Mr. Oh addressed each and ever issue with a tremendous outcome. Not only did he save our family home but what was really amazing was the short period of time it took from beginning to end. His staff was so nice and kind to us during this difficult process. Helped Immensely

He helped us so much. We thought we were going to have to pay deficiency, but he helped us get out of that and win our case. He is short on time and sometimes doesn't give enough info - but you just have to ask for it. Once you figure that out, he's great.
