During the past 15 plus years, Mariusz Zdyrski has worked on countless challenging and difficult cases for clients from all continents. His office assists clients with most immigrant as well as non-immigrant visas and applications. A big part of his practice and experience comes from representing clients in difficult and unusual immigration matters such as deportation/removal cases before the U.S. Immigration Courts and immigration appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals. He handles all immigration related cases before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of State including family based and employment based visas. In addition, he has a lot of experience representing victims of abuse and other crimes in seeking immigration relief.

Many of his clients have immigration related problems due to criminal arrests or convictions, visa misrepresentation or fraud, and other complications. Mariusz Zdyrski reviews and analyzes a potential client's history and puts together a comprehensive startegy in an effort to achieve the best possible outcome. He is often asked to provide advice and counsel to other attorneys, including Assistant State's Attorneys, who handle criminal and family related cases to assist them in understanding and navigating through complex immigration issues and consequences. On numerous occasions, he has been entrusted and asked by members or staff of the United States Congress as well as foreign Consulates General to provide legal advice and counsel to foreign nationals as well as their U.S. relatives on immigration related matters.
