Attorney Constantine Vass was recommended to my son. He contacted Mr. Vass to consult with him regarding his case. Had to leave him a message but Mr. Vass wasted no time in returning my sons call. Mr. Vass really dropped the ball on my case. He was hired to work on a dui hearing. Started off sour, took four months to get the first paperwork from the police department, I finally went and got it the same day. I was never truly prepared for the first hearing. After denial of the first hearing, I ...gave him payment to file for a second hearing. After an appropriate amount of time, I asked him to check the status when he stopped responding to texts and phone calls. He had no proof of mailing the request and would not provide a copy of a cancelled check. In turn, I fired him from my case and retained a new attorney. Within two days of his request for a hearing, I had a scheduled date and was actually prepared correctly for the hearing. I received my permit 8 weeks later. Very disappointed in Constantine. I had used him in the past and had previously referred many clients to him. Never again!!! BEWARE OF THIS ATTORNEY.
