Constantine V. Vassilakopoulos

Attorney Constantine Vass was recommended to my son. He contacted Mr. Vass to consult with him regarding his case. Had to leave him a message but Mr. Vass wasted no time in returning my sons call. After consulting with Mr.Vass on the phone he was very confident he would be able to have the case dismi...ssed due to it being a first time offense and no criminal record. Mr. Vass really dropped the ball on my case. He was hired to work on a dui hearing. Started off sour, took four months to get the first paperwork from the police department, I finally went and got it the same day. I was never truly prepared for the first hearing. After denial of the first hearing, I ...gave him payment to file for a second hearing. After an appropriate amount of time, I asked him to check the status when he stopped responding to texts and phone calls. He had no proof of mailing the request and would not provide a copy of a cancelled check. In turn, I fired him from my case and retained a new attorney. Within two days of his request for a hearing, I had a scheduled date and was actually prepared correctly for the hearing. I received my permit 8 weeks later. Very disappointed in Constantine. I had used him in the past and had previously referred many clients to him. Never again!!! BEWARE OF THIS ATTORNEY.

Mr. Vass has helped me get out of alot of trouble when I was younger. He always was a phone call away. I never had to go threw any of his secretaries to get a hold of him. Mr.Vass took my case and fought as hard as he would for his own family memebers. He is very knowledgable in the legal field and h...e is a smooth talker. He is understanding about the legal fees. Constitine got me out of a heap of trouble when I was younger. He went as far as leaving a family engagment to drive to the Court house to quash a warrant for me before I was sent to Cook County jail. He is an increadable Lawyer. He even stayed till I was released and spoke with my mother to calm he...r nerves. I am very greatful for all he has done to help me through the years. I wouldn't trust my life or freedom with anyone else. He beat a Dui for me that three other lawyers told me i would have to plea guilty, best of all he found a paperwork error 3 other lawyers from differant firms did not, so i never lost my lisence. I was in a car accident 3 years ago. I used him for personal injury, I was very pleased with the settlement outcome. This man will fight tooth and nail to get you every last dollar he can. I have recommended hi to 4 other friends, They all said he was amazing.

I was facing a 3 year suspension and not not having a drivers license would ruin my life. I had a trial and hearing for speeding and DUI. I went up against the officer which lied and just hated the fact that I refused all the tests he presented to me the night of the arrest. Mr. Vass explained i woul...d have to go up before the court on trial and I was super nervous. He prepared me and He told explained to me exactly how to answer questions and that the prosecuter would try to word the questions differently to try to trick me. I thought I did fairly well and so did Mr.Vass. Then Mr.Vass questioned the officer and shocked the whole court at how the officer couldnt answer anything to favor his side of the story. I received a NOT GUILTY and just had to pay the court fines of i believe it was like $200. I also had to complete 5 days or SWAP (community service for the sheriff program) I kept my lisence and cannot thank Mr.Vass enough for this! Mr.Vass was highly recommended by another friend of mine, and not i see why! I will recommend Mr.Vass to everyone i know. THANK YOU AGAIN.
