I've been in the real estate business for 11 years and have used Rich for the last 7...it would have been 11 years if I'd met him earlier! He's the ONLY attorney I recommend for my clients. I am a Realtor and I have been one for over 18 years. I have worked with several real estate attorneys over the years. Many have been good, but many have been disappointing. I love recommending Rich because he is a VERY FAIR attorney, has a heart, unde...rstands what the goal is to get a home closed, fights for my clients when they have been wronged, and even helps me when need be. He doesn't always work just the business hours that most attorneys work, which I find beneficial as my hours are not typical.
