Outstanding divorce attorney!

Rich helped me when my ex took me back to court for a second time. I SOOOOOO wish I had known Rich the first time around! Rich was amazing at making me understand the process, understand what my rights were and what I wasn't entitled to and did a fantastic job and fighting for me for what was right...!!! If you're looking for a true consultant in a divorce case, Rich is your man!

"I have worked with Rich for well over a decade on many real estate, small claims, landlord-tenant, and bankruptcy cases. I have referred him to clients of mine on a regular basis to assist them in cases for types of law which I do not practice."

Censure with conditions issued in IL, 2011

updated on 07/21/2012

Censure with conditions means the attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State places conditions on the lawyer's activities to try to prevent a reocurrence of the wrongful act. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

Richard’s comment:

“I am willing to discuss the censure with any one who is interested. Suffice it to say that I have been practicing for over 32 years and this is the only complaint that I have ever had to answer with the ARDC.”
