Marc M. Pekay

I used Marc Pekay several months ago on a workers' compensation case. I found him to be more interested in settling the case, then in fighting for me. From the beginning, he told me I needed to settle. I looked him up on court records and he has had quite a bit of financial trouble. He was evicte...d, a former client sued him for malpractice and he had a creditor sue him. He also has real estate that is in foreclosure. Now I know why he was so interested in settling my case. He needed the money.
