Biography
Stephen G. Daday graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1977. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1980. Upon joining the law firm as a partner in 1987, Mr. Daday established the civil litigation and mortgage foreclosure department. Mr. Daday's practice focuses on mortgage foreclosures and actions on behalf of creditors, civil litigation, zoning, condominium law and transactional matters in both state and federal court. He has been involved in a number of appeals including: First Midwest Bank, N.A. v Stewart Title Guaranty Co.; Andreoli v. John Henry Homes; Baert v Euclid Beverages, Ltd.; Eastern Savings Bank v Flores; Lakeside Condominium Association v. Frediani Developers, Inc.
Outside of the firm, Mr. Daday served as an elected Trustee for the Village of Arlington Heights from 1989 until 2005 and member of the Advisory Commission on O’Hare Noise. He actively volunteers at the Our Lady of the Angels Mission monthly food pantry.
