We had a recent home closing with this attorney. This attorney didnt do his research and had absolutely no clue about the property at closing. He had no idea the property was even being rented. When it came down to an issue regarding an association fee regarding a specific issue he was rude and quite... frankly lacks much of the experience to handle these types of issues. We have worked with Mike Angelina for years but its very unfortunate he(James) lacked the skills to help provide us with any information to make a decision. I didnt feel as though he was working in our best interest. We have referred business to Angelina and Herrick. I have had great experiences with other attorneys, but unfortunately we will not be using them again.
