By far the best lawyer Ive ever used

Definitely hire this man. Period. I hired Ronald Justin initially for a number of reasons. The primary one of course being that I was in a lot of trouble, and didn't see any way out of it. Other reasons however, being that out of the various attorneys I consulted with, he was the only one that ac...tually treated me with a proper degree of respect, and then much to my surprise, went on to explain in detail just how he would go about attempting to win my case if I so chose to hire him. At the end of the consultation, he asked me to call around to some other attorneys and get back to him if I decided upon pursuing him. Before the end of the call though, I'd already decided he was the right one for me to hire, and looking back now that was certainly the right decision. He was very tactful, and not pushy. Prior to speaking with him though, I had already consulted with some overly high-priced, hoity-toity lawyers from different firms whom besides talking down to me, flat out said that they didn't even really want to take my case as they viewed it as un-winnable. This case consisted of it being my second dui (while still on supervision for the first one) and a felony possession of a controlled substance (of which I already have two previous felony convictions for the same thing). What all that meant was that with my record alone I was guilty until proven innocent, and I was looking at a maximum of 8 years in prison, as well as my driver's license being revoked for 3 years. Well, I sit here today a free man, with a valid drivers license no less, thanks to the significant efforts of good ol' Ron and his colleague Katherine Levine. While definitely not proud of this fact, I've been arrested over a dozen times and have used more than my fair share of attorneys over the years, so take my word for it that I have a lot of experience to reference here. Never have I ever encountered an attorney (outside of the movies, that is) that fought for his client in the courtroom during the trial the way that he did. I wish that I had known of him years before when facing those previous cases; if I had, I doubt that I would have a criminal record at all today - and certainly not a felony one. If you think for a second that you can get away with using a public defender because you "just can't afford an attorney" or whatever other excuse you have, just be advised that you will lose your case and be funneled through the system. They are jokingly referred to as "public pretenders" for a reason... Give him a call, and just see what he says. It was the best decision I made last year, and I'm a free man today with a drivers license thanks to him and his colleague, Katherine Levine. Many thanks to you both. They earned the profound respect I hold for them.

So Helpful

Ron got me a great turn out for my DUI + misdemeanor case, basically saving my future as a student. Punctual, helpful, quick to respond to calls and texts with any questions. Took me a while to find a lawyer that was sensitive to my concerns and inexperience with the court, but Ron delivered well. Ca...n't go wrong here!

Very Disappointed :(

I hired Mr. Justin to represent me in a DUI case a few months ago. To say the least, I'd been better off with a public defender. At least poor representation would've been free. Communication was extremely poor. He missed court dates. And it seems after his fee was paid his eagerness to represent me ...in the most effective way ceased. All I can say is that my experience with Mr. Justin was one that I hope never happens again. :(

Anony: The case you hired me for had not even been completed yet. The fact that you lied to me on your intake interview about your criminal past and I was required to subpoena your criminal past from another state only slowed down the process. I answered and returned every phone call, as it is my policy to return every call by the end of the day. Additionally, my fee was never paid in full todate. I did exactly what you asked of me, that was to work on negotiating with the states attorney to get a favorable outcome and not fight the case (did not want a trial) unfortunately, with an arrest record like you have, it is something that takes time to obtain the information you failed to disclose to me thus complicating your case and requiring more time. They say "don't lie to your attorney" for a reason.

Great DUI Attorney

I had a DUI and was very concerned with the possibility of being found guilty and the stigma that is associated with a DUI, not to mention loosing my license. I hired Ronald Justin because my friend said he was good. I was extremely happy, we won the case. Ronald was always on time and available ...to talk to.
