Alex Moskovic

My experience with Alex Moskovic and his firm has been beyond exceptional. I had a petition for removal for relocation to be with my new husband in another state. This required extensive negotiations with my ex-spouse. Mr. Moskovic represented me in dealing with my ex-spouse who went to some out...landish behavior and was difficult to communicate with. Alex was patient and explained the entire process to me; he was very professional and had a positive demeanor that helped during the most stressful moments with my ex. I prepared for the worst, however, Mr. Moskovic gave me the absolute BEST legal counsel I could ask. In the end, the judge ruled in my favor. I would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend Alex and his team to anybody looking for a quality legal firm that also has a very delicate touch in making you feel comfortable in an incredibly difficult and emotional situation. They fought to great extent for me and my child and there are just no words to thank them enough for this.

I recently retained Mr. Moskovic for the daunting task of collecting a debt from a fellow legal professional. Mr. Moskovic was not intimidated by the fact he was collecting a debt from another lawyer and he aggressively pursued the matter to the end. I am happy to report the debt was successfully c...ollected with little effort on my part. The fact Mr. Moskovic would not waiver in his diligence, despite the focus of the debt, is commendable. I thoroughly recommend him for any debt collection matter!

My mother was recently divorced, and Alex did a fantastic job of representing her in an assertive, professional, and honest way. He stayed in regular communication with her, gave her options, and developed a rapport with my father's attorney which made the process much smoother and easier. Alex is pa...rticularly good at explaining complex legal language in a way that anyone can understand. He knows when to be a staunch advocate for his client, but also how to help his clients make an informed decision. Alex was recommend to us by a family friend, and I could not speak more highly of the work that he has done for my mother, and the work that he continues to do. It's clear that Alex is not in it for the money. If all attorneys demonstrated the professionalism, ethics, and honesty that Alex does, the negative stereotypes out there would not exist.

I was very blessed to have had Alex Moskovic as my divorce attorney. I was nervous and scared as a Mom with two school aged children but knew I needed to move forward in establishing a peaceful home life for myself and for them. If you are at that point in your life that you are contemplating divorce... you are well aware of the scared and nervous emotion I am referring to. Alex made me feel very comfortable ever since the very first meeting. He shared his professional experiences and knowledge of the entire process and made sure that I was aware of the emotional roller coaster that was ahead of me. Alex continued to be very thorough and conscientious through out my entire case. Alex never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with a question or concern. He was always timely with his responses and very personable. There were times, while on that emotional roller coaster, that I requested certain things to be done, like emails sent to the opposing counsel, he could have proceeded just to have 'billable time' but instead would inform me that it would be a wasted expense and not conducive to my case. I have had a few legal matters continue after my divorce was finalized and I had moved out-of-state. I truly believe that if it was not for Alex Moskovic and his excellent knowledge and high ethics, I would not have been able to continue legal action with favorable outcomes living 900 miles away if I had obtained a different attorney from the very beginning of my case. Although I am no longer residing in Illinois, I continue to have Alex Moskovic as my representative in court and refer family and friends back in Illinois of the exceptional service giving by Alex and his staff.

Alex put 100 percent of his focus on my case, from the very beginning. He made me feel like I was his most important client, no matter how small the case was. His staff was very friendly and responsive. Alex used all of his resources and spare time to make sure this was a win for us. In the end, he... far exceeded my expectations on the outcome.
