Yes 3 weeks ago I found out my ex wife was screwing me over financially. I was frantic and needed to consult with an attorney right away. I've had bad attorneys before and I wanted a supposedly good one this time. Boy was it a mistake calling ms Chisholm. She has not bothered to return 1 phone call o...r Email in 3 weeks time. I wound up having to study the laws myself just to see exactly what i needed to do. It sure would have been nice to have some professional help. Guess i called the wrong attorney for that.

Penni is a fantastic attorney and an even better person. I couldn't even begin to tell you how she helped me understand how the process worked and what to except. This was my first time through a divorce and my mind was spinning and emotions were all over the place. Penni assured me everything wou...ld be fine and was a piece of mind every time I spoke to her. She is so organized and leaves no rock unturned, is very thorough and no detail is left out. She is very caring and was extremely concerned about my child. Her clerical staff is fantastic as well. She always asks me numerous questions to make sure she understood my issues and case. She filed all the paperwork that needed to be filed, and there was a ton of it, so I never had to worry about doing it myself. Penni was unbelievable in the courtroom. My case was not easy 2 1/2 years plus an appeal to the Montana Supreme Court that last another 1+ years. Penni is amazing and I would highly recommend her attorney services to anyone, I could not have asked for a better attorney.

I have had to use Penni twice and both times she has done an amazing job. The first time she helped me with my divorce. Now the amazing thing is that I am in the military and I was Stationed in England at the time. Her and her staff worked with me and my crazy schedule and was able to get what I want...ed out of the divorce, even though I was thousands of miles away, she was there to represent me. The second time I had to use her was about 4 years later. I came back to her cause I knew she was awesome. This time it was me getting custody of my children from the previous divorce I explained earlier in this review. Again she worked with me from afar and I was able to come back to Montana and go to court with her in the end. the amazing part was, She was able to get all this done in about 2 months of notice, and I mean everything. She was able to write everything up and get it to court while I was back on leave. I have recommended her to other people and they also have been very satisfied. Her and her staff are very professional and super friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer and i'm so glad I picked her out of the phone book. She really is amazing. I hope to never be in a bad situation again where I would need to use her, but if I was or do need her, I know who to call and it isn't the ghost busters.
