Penni L. Chisholm

Penni was an awesome resource for me. My situation involved parenting issues, which she is very knowledgeable in the laws. I feel she provided excellent guidance on when to push forward and when to accept the inevitable. She stayed focused on what was actually filed with the court in the documents... we received. When the opposing attorney made accusations unrelated to the filed documents she would limit her response to or not respond at all to those items. Again, she remained focused with her time on the items that needed to be addressed. Phone calls and emails from me were always responded to in a timely manner. Penni's staff was also really great to work with during this process. If any issues arise in the future I will be seeking her assistance again.

I have had to use Penni twice and both times she has done an amazing job. The first time she helped me with my divorce. Now the amazing thing is that I am in the military and I was Stationed in England at the time. Her and her staff worked with me and my crazy schedule and was able to get what I want...ed out of the divorce, even though I was thousands of miles away, she was there to represent me. The second time I had to use her was about 4 years later. I came back to her cause I knew she was awesome. This time it was me getting custody of my children from the previous divorce I explained earlier in this review. Again she worked with me from afar and I was able to come back to Montana and go to court with her in the end. the amazing part was, She was able to get all this done in about 2 months of notice, and I mean everything. She was able to write everything up and get it to court while I was back on leave. I have recommended her to other people and they also have been very satisfied. Her and her staff are very professional and super friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer and i'm so glad I picked her out of the phone book. She really is amazing. I hope to never be in a bad situation again where I would need to use her, but if I was or do need her, I know who to call and it isn't the ghost busters.
