My husband was injured at his job leaving a family of 6 with only one income. After workmans comp failed to pay us on time or at all, Alex got them on track in order for us to support our kids. They knew that we were struggling & totally went above & beyond to do anything they could to help keep us... on track. THANK YOU!

Workers Compensation

I was injured in an accident at work. I was rear-ended by a noninsured motorist and was refused medical treatment and was referred to Mr. Alex Evans that afternoon. He had me in to see a specialist. I have never had an attorney before and Mr. Evans make it possible for myself to understand what is ha...ppening. He is always available to respond and he also has a very competent and very knowledgeable paralegal, Stephanie who can help you out much of the time. If she can take care of the question you have, she will, otherwise it will be passed over to Mr. Evans. The entire staff, to the receptionist, Rabecca, are always kind and it is an all around comfortable environment.

WORKERS COMP INJURY

ALEX AND HIS PARLEGAL STEPHANIE WERE ALWAYS ON TOP OF THE DR ORDERS AND WHAT WORK COMP WAS TRYING TO WIGGLE OUT OF, THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTS AND THERE WELL BEING. ALL OF THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL IF I WAS JUST WALKING IN WITH A QUESTION OR OVER THE PHONE. WORKERS COMP NEW T...HAT WE HAD MEDIATION ON A PARTICULAR DATE AND WOULD NOT MAIL NEEDED PAPERWORK TO REVIEW SO THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE EARLY. WE WERE LUCKY TO RECEIVE IT ON THE DATE OF THE MEDIATION.. ALEX WOULD MAKE WORKERS COMP WAIT ON THE PHONE MEDIATION UNTIL WE HAD TIME TO REVIEW THERE LETTER OR SETTLEMENT. ALEX DOES NOT STRETCH HIS OFFICE OUT ON MISC ATTY TYPES HE STAYS WITH WORKCOMP, DISABILITY AND STAYS UP ON THE LAWS.. I WOULD RECOMEND HIM AND HIS OFFICE TO ANYONE WITH WORK COMP INJURY HE DOES NOT LET WORK COMP PUSH HIM AROUND. HE ALSO DOES NOT LET EMPLOYERS PUSH HIM OR HIS OFFICE AROUND ALSO. GREAT JOB ALEX & STEPHANIE
