WORKERS COMP INJURY

ALEX AND HIS PARLEGAL STEPHANIE WERE ALWAYS ON TOP OF THE DR ORDERS AND WHAT WORK COMP WAS TRYING TO WIGGLE OUT OF, THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTS AND THERE WELL BEING. ALL OF THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL IF I WAS JUST WALKING IN WITH A QUESTION OR OVER THE PHONE. WORKERS COMP NEW T...HAT WE HAD MEDIATION ON A PARTICULAR DATE AND WOULD NOT MAIL NEEDED PAPERWORK TO REVIEW SO THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE EARLY. WE WERE LUCKY TO RECEIVE IT ON THE DATE OF THE MEDIATION.. ALEX WOULD MAKE WORKERS COMP WAIT ON THE PHONE MEDIATION UNTIL WE HAD TIME TO REVIEW THERE LETTER OR SETTLEMENT. ALEX DOES NOT STRETCH HIS OFFICE OUT ON MISC ATTY TYPES HE STAYS WITH WORKCOMP, DISABILITY AND STAYS UP ON THE LAWS.. I WOULD RECOMEND HIM AND HIS OFFICE TO ANYONE WITH WORK COMP INJURY HE DOES NOT LET WORK COMP PUSH HIM AROUND. HE ALSO DOES NOT LET EMPLOYERS PUSH HIM OR HIS OFFICE AROUND ALSO.
