Biography
I am a litigation attorney with 23 years of experience. My practice places a strong emphasis on Plaintiff catastrophic injury, professional malpractice, wrongful death and product liability claims. I also litigate civil rights, construction, land use, general negligence, commercial disputes, will contests, employment disputes and a host of other litigation matters.
I was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1992 and the following year I was admitted to the bars of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First and Ninth Circuits. I became a member of the bar of Montana and the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana in 2005. In 2007 I was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Federal Claims and in 2011 I became a member of the bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
I maintain a busy practice in the state and federal courts in which I am admitted to practice and enjoy complex Plaintiff litigation.
