Biography
I grew up in Missoula but went to school at Montana State University to get a B.S. in chemical engineering. After working at the Hanford site in Washington, I returned to Missoula for law school. I started as an intern at Worden Thane in 1994 and graduated from law school in 1996 when I was hired as an associate.
Starting in 1999, I began working on complex litigation involving professional negligence (predominately medical malpractice) and class actions. I have represented a variety of doctors, lawyers, accountants, and contractors in professional negligence cases. I have also represented hospitals, power companies, and other businesses in class action litigation.
I have the honor of having a great group of clients in banking, construction, power production, and medicine.
Otherwise, I am an avid hockey player and a founder of the Missoula Woodpeckers Hockey Club, a travelling team, and I am completing my work for a black belt in taekwondo.
