Eric Rasmusson

A Freind of mine suggested I speak with Eric after I was involved in a semi truck roll over that injured me so I could not work. Eric took my case and went to work for me. He worked closely with Montana State Fund workers comp and he got me a bi weekly pay check for a year as my injuries were treat...ed. All went smoothly and Mr Rasmusson handled all problems well and diplomatically. He made sure I received the medical treatments I needed. He gets along well with all people but will not allow his client to be shorted or manipulated. He suggested a plan to Montana State fund as my medical treatments neared their conclusion and went to mediation on his proposed plan for me. The end result after quite a lot of negotiating and disagreeing with their motives towards me. he negotiated a very substantial but fair settlement for me. I have no complaints what so ever for for the year and a half he took care of me on this case. In my opinion a superb attorney and a perfect job and an excellent settlement I would strongly recommend Mr Rasmusson for anyone in need of an attorneys assistance.
