You can trust Brian

Brian Lebsock proved to us his worth in trust and confidence. Honesty and integrity is what we received. Brian proved to be on the side of justice. We trust Brian and look forward to sending everyone we know his way.

An attorney who is a true advocate for you, the client

For a man as busy as Brian is, he still finds the time for you, and recognizes the level of importance that your case is for you, the client. This trait is a rarity today--putting the needs of the client first. In this case specifically, it is for the safety of two minor children and their mother... and their immediate family. I would recommend Brian and the law firm of Datsopoulos, Macdonald & Lind adamantly to anyone who needs the most powerful law firm in Missoula county.

Excellent, responsive, realistic, and eager. Four desirable qualities in a lawyer

I worked with Brian on a family law case for approximately 18 months. As with any family law case, the stakes are high and the emotions even higher. I was most impressed with Brian's dedication to a positive outcome that was in the best interest of my child. During the months leading up to the tria...l, Brian was available 24–7. Brian was as dedicated to this case as I was. Initially, I was a little nervous given his relative age and lack of experience, but was reservations were quickly erased when I saw how much time, effort and heart he was putting into this case. I recommend Brian Lebsock wholeheartedly for any legal issues requiring legal expertise.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
