Still works in the prosecutors office from the advice he gives. Took my fee with the clear understanding that he would take the case to trial. After two months of doing almost nothing he said he couldn't take it to trial. His two months took precious time from pursuing justice. I had 17 misdemeanor ...charges (16 Privacy in Communications). He said that they were all legitimate charges. After he told me he could not take the case to trial I got a different attorney. Within two weeks that attorney had them dismissed - for lack of probable cause at that. I can't recommend him for anything more than a plea bargain. Those who have given him 5 star reviews had simple cases that he often took for free or very little.
