I was raised in the great state of Tennessee and attended law school at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. I commissioned as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps in 2009 and served this great country as a Marine Corps Judge Advocate until 2017. During my Marine Corps career I worked as a defense counsel in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, defending Marines charged with crimes and also as a criminal prosecutor at Camp Pendleton, California, handling some of the most complex criminal cases Camp Pendleton had to offer.
I now focus my practice on trial work, family law and criminal defense at the Judnich Law Office. I am also interested in assisting service members in court-martials, administrative separations boards and discharge upgrades. I moved to the Bitterroot Valley to take advantage of Montana’s beautiful scenery and outdoor lifestyle. I am passionate about the outdoors, conservation and spending time with my family.
I would love an oppotunity to discuss your case with you and help you in any manner possible.
