People deserve someone they can talk to about private legal matters who will help them navigate what can be a very scary process. I went to law school with the idea I could help people and be their voice. I spent the first 21 years of my career with the Bozeman City Attorney's Office as a prosecutor. Then I retired to go into private practice, looking to serve in a different way. After serving the citizens of my home community and the victims of crime, I am now able to assist people with issues of a different sort.
My partner and I formed Younkin & Wordal, PLLC in 2013. As of 2016 we merged with the firm with which we shared office space and are now, McLean, Younkin & Willett, PLLC. As a 2nd generation Montana attorney, I am proud to join with this knowledgable group of committed attorneys and to continue to provide my clients with fair and knowledgeable representation.
