After a real poor night out, I awoke in the slammer with groggy recollection of events and a couple of heinous charges. I vaguely remembered Herman's name from friends who have had run-ins with Johnny law and came out fine (with his help), but I felt doomed. Like you read the penalties and picture yo...urself in a jumpsuit - Life. Over. Doomed. I looked him up and he offered a free consult. Very personable and knowledgeable guy. I was honest with what happened and he said let's see what we can do. Throughout the process, Herman & team kept me in the loop and guided me through each hearing, keeping my anxiety at bay, and referred me to some great help. In the end, I received an overall favorable sentence, devoid of lasting impacts (besides the harsh lessons incurred).
